Step 1:

Trace Your Foot On An A4 Or Other Suitable Size

Place the paper on the floor, making sure it is butted up to the wall and place your heel on the paper and against the wall. If your foot is bigger than a single sheet, tape two pieces together or make use of any larger sheet. Make sure you are wearing the sock you intend to wear with the shoe. Ensure you have your full weight on the foot for the most accurate measurement. Either have you or someone else slowly trace around your foot ensuring the pen or pencil is at a 90 degree angle.

Step 2:

Measure Length

Using a measuring tape or ruler, measure from the furthest back/most central part of the heel to the end of the longest toe. You may want to try tracing your foot a few times and compare measurements for more accurate results.

Step 3:

Measure Width

Using the same outline used for your length measurement, this time, measure the width of your foot from side-to-side across the two widest points of the foot.

Step 4:

Bridge Height

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your foot at your bunion joint. Ensure you have your full weight on the foot to ensure a more accurate measurement.
